1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (wlwvschoolfoundation.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. About Our Organization

WLWV School Foundation is a nonprofit organization organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our mission is to empower every student in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District by working to ensure access to highly trained and effective teachers, enriching student learning year over year and filling critical funding gaps that PTAs and tax dollars cannot.

3. Donations

a. Voluntary Contributions

All donations made through this Site are voluntary and made at the donor’s discretion.

b. Tax Deductibility

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive an acknowledgment email for their records. It is the donor’s responsibility to retain this receipt for tax purposes.

c. Recurring Donations

If you elect to make a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the frequency you choose until you cancel. Recurring donations may be canceled at any time by contacting us at [email address].

d. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within [7–14] days of the transaction at wlwvschoolfoundation@gmail.com, and we will review your request.

e. Use of Funds

Unless otherwise agreed to by the organization, donations will be used at the discretion of WLWV School Foundation to further its charitable mission.

f. All donors who would like to remain anonymous must select opt for anonymous donation in the donor recognition form. Donors who do not opt to remain anonymous are giving permission for WLWV School Foundation to list donor names on website, social media, or printed materials.

4. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors, Stripe, to securely process donations. We do not store full credit card information on our servers. All payment information is subject to the privacy and security policies of the third-party payment provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, photos, and design elements, is the property of WLWV School Foundation unless otherwise noted and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site
